Robbie Bourke, of Dublin, Ireland, has been with Dublin City University Sport for 2 years. His certifications include NSCA-CPT, NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), PICP Level 1 & 2, and he is currently working on his IYCA Level 1 & 2. For Robbie, the key to being the best is continuous learning and constant application. As strength coach to Dublin U-21 Footballers, the team won the 2009 Leinster U-21 Football Championship, similar to a State Championship in the U.S. Robbie enjoys receiving good information from Lee that is short and to the point.
