Well said Lee. It doesn’t hurt having you on the bench as there coach. We have had similar success with our 5th grade team this year. We played a team today that beat us 3 times last year 2 of them by double figures.

Well done. Talent is great to have but experience can never be replaced. Experience has changed the player in so many ways…they have realized that the outcome isn’t based solely on their talent that there is a process that leads to their performance.
