I recently switched professions from a physical therapist to a personal trainer, mainly because the restrictions of time we can spend with a patient when it can to exercise. As a trainer my scope to teach and develop solid movement patterns through exercise has greatly improved my clients. Speed is just another component to movement that I would be eager to learn more about!!
